Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for our ice creams unless the product is damaged or defective upon receipt. We do our best to ensure that all our products are shipped in perfect condition, but in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, please contact us immediately via the contact page.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you have received a damaged or defective product, we kindly request that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Send an email to : info@fantasmikos.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
- A brief description of the problem
Our customer service team will respond as quickly as possible and provide an appropriate solution, such as resending the damaged product or refunding the purchase price.
Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
